Ever since Jack LaLanne burst onto the scene in the 1950s American have been getting more and more interested in physical fitness every year. And while people of all ages can benefit from going to the gym and eating a healthy diet, it is of the utmost importance that folks over 40 work to maintain a healthy weight and a healthy waist BMI.
